Welcome to Philatelic Federation of Pakistan

The Philatelic Federation of Pakistan (PFP) proudly represents over 245 million people, making Pakistan the fifth largest population in the world. Established in 1996, and the federation is committed to the following aims and objectives:

Promote Philately: We encourage and develop the promotion of philately at both domestic and international levels through all legal means and methods. Our goal is to foster a deeper appreciation for stamp collecting and its historical significance.

Unite Philatelists: Our mission is to bring together philatelists across Pakistan, creating opportunities for them to exchange ideas and stamps. By introducing Pakistani philately on the international stage, we aim to build global connections and recognition.

Organise Events: We hold symposium and exhibitions on philately in cooperation with both local and international philatelic organisations. These events serve as platforms for enthusiasts to showcase their collections and share their passion.

Support Educational Groups: We are dedicated to encouraging philatelic groups in schools, institutes, universities, and other institutions nationwide, with a special focus on engaging youth. By fostering an early interest in philately, we aim to cultivate the next generation of collectors and enthusiasts.

Publish and Promote: We publish magazines and other publications on stamp collecting, promoting them within and outside the country in cooperation with authorised departments. Our publications adhere to all relevant rules and regulations, ensuring quality and credibility.

Foster Community: We promote social and cultural activities through philatelic seminars, exhibitions, and educational projects in all provinces of Pakistan. By collaborating with local philatelic societies and associations, we aim to create a vibrant and supportive community for all members.

We look forward to your active participation and contribution to the dynamic community of philatelists in Pakistan. Together, let’s celebrate and expand the rich tradition of philately in our country.
